For unknown reason, I can't receive BP's OTP SMS while overseas. No problem other credit card's OTP SMS.

Exactly same thing happened to me just now.

Any update on your case? Did you get the e-mail and has the amount been deducted from BP balance?

I can say for uobpayonline, if you can't get to the OTP page, the transaction will not be successful.

and in this case, no money will be deducted / hold from BP

its just a matter of time when payonline send u an email with status "unable to process" or "not approved"

Seriously, if without OTP, your transaction in bank still can transfer successfully, this is so scary to me.

tried to pay TM bills thru Unifi website, unsuccessful cos card type not accepted. (maybe they banned BP, I dunno).

tried to pay 9 TM bills via UOBPayonline, only 2 received TAC but money not deducted from BPay. Dunno what's happening

I don't withdraw so can't provide more details.
Will add this information to post #01 if no other answer replied by frequent withdrawal users.

Maximum amount would depends on the card ATM if you are asking each time withdrawal.

no, no email yet, amount havent deducted from BP. I think normally need wait 1-2 days for the UOB email.

Today less unsuccessful top up case XD

As at 27th Aug, I noticed Astro autobill fail. Then I proceed to pay via Astro portal, also fail.

But I choose to pay RM10 using SCB JOP, successful.

So it's not astro / mastercard problem.

Anyone else can verify is me or BigPay problem?

just receive "not approve" email from uobpayonline. tmr gonna use shopee to pay for bill instead of uobpayonline. =X

Sounds exactly the same experience I just had with Lazada app. Somehow it just can't reach the OTP page even though I've received BP's OTP in my phone.

BP is still not accepted in Kuchai Lama Shabu Garden.
Still using some sort of old type Public Bank terminal with unionpay logo as well.

'Transaction declined'

After that i change to MBB BArcelona card, transaction was smooth.

I try to use in Sam's Grocer NuSentral via wave also failed.

When the transactions failed, but succeeded using other cards, were they "offline" transactions? I.e. the credit card slip has an OFFLINE word printed on it.

I faced the same issue when making one payment at Morganfield's as well. I suspect that for debit cards, the terminal will need to be online in order to work. Can BigPayJonathan clarify?

but after 3% charges, BP rate also wont look too attractive

Not sure if this someone else raise this question before, how can I get this card with the PayWave feature?

for now i'd suggest don't use this card for online transactions lo.. sometime physical swipe transactions also may cause intermittent stability issue

so just use this card to purchase air asia ticket lo or use it at overseas for better conversion rate but 10k limit is a big turn off

but no worries u can use online banking to transfer and use it at overseas thats what i did... never failed for me during my overseas trip
