first question is there are few option to choose from where you want to withdraw your money in the atm screen after u put in the bigpay card
1) Saving acc
2) Current acc
3) Credit Card

Not sure which 1 to choose as i saw in v1 thread, some ppl say credit card and some ppl say saving acc.

No atm charge when using Bigpay in China.

seems not all China bank accept withdrawal via master card. Workable bank so far are : Bank of China, and ICBC  ( ....).
Only rm10 withdrawal fee applied.

The exchange rate is almost similar to XE.com rate.

Today morning all 16 reloads went through with no issue, sometime OTP page take a bit of time to load only.
I've selected credit card and it was successful. I think no harm whichever you choose as worst that can happen is error shown only.

It happened to me last Monday. I topped up 9 times, first time wasn't successful.

However, suddenly on Tuesday, I received a notification saying topup was successful.

so far i topped up <8am, all good. after that seems to have a lot of problem

what most of us are afraid of is with the error, it shows money deducted. will take a few days for them to correct it.

I have topped up 9 times today as well. Waiting for my failed transaction amount to show up later. Another card also 9 times, as one time was successful without TAC  , so I didn't want to take the chance and top up once more.
I know although it's proven bp is using local gateway, out of habit i just top up after 8am.

1 additional top up will cost you RM0.12 only as insurance not to lose -RM25.

If 9th transaction RM60, assuming withdraw RM3000 at RM6.
60/3000 * RM6 = RM0.12 (RM0.11 only as Big Point worth RM0.01)
(Online rebate shall not be considered as it is not a loss)

If you miss 8th transaction, your PB promo rebate is RM25 instead of RM50.

Using CIMB-Lazada Prepaid Mastercard...
on BigPay: No rebate
on Boost: 0.5% rebate

may i ask if UOB Preferred Platinum will give cashback for topup to Bigpay? Currently only UOB YOLO stated cb not applicable

Thanks for update, so confirmed CIMB treat BP as Quasi-Cash across all their cards. Will see whether OCBC Titanium eligible for 1% Online or not on Boost when next statement is out.

Went to pump petrol yesterday and i cancelled the sale after key in the pin. Money deducted. Should I call to their CS and complain or just wait for their system to do the reversal?

if u entered otp and ur credit card is charged, most likely it will be added manually tomorrow. it is precisely this kinda scenario that causes inconvenience, however, some ppl think it’s ok because they are not bank.

Topped up 8*RM60 this morning but one of the transaction hang after key in OTP, checked from PBB found out that the money has been deducted from the account, what can I do ? Already sent an email to BigPay and still waiting for their reply
