Just tried topping up using Ambank WMC (2 times) and both failed after entering OTP. However I received Ambank notification that my card was charged twice.

Now not sure if the transactions went through (and will be credited later) or if they were really unsuccessful. Total amount was RM2700 so it's quite annoying as I need to book AA tickets, and topping up another 2700 may exceed my monthly 10k balance (if the original transactions were indeed successful). Too scared to try again.

Hubby, parents, siblings all aboard already . Incidentally the failed transactions I reported earlier were for my hubby's BP.

We just got back from a long family holiday and 10k per card is really insufficient. I left only RM480 quota for Aug on mine to do my PBB promo swipes tomorrow. Need to find out what's happened to this RM2.7k (whether unsuccessful or missing).

if u entered otp and ur credit card is charged, most likely it will be added manually tomorrow. it is precisely this kinda scenario that causes inconvenience, however, some ppl think it’s ok because they are not bank.

I'll wait patiently until tomorrow then and hope my ticket prices don't change.

"Inconvenience" is one thing, but its a scary thought that large sums of money are temporarily unaccounted for. For many people 2,700 is a significant amount and just not knowing what's happened can be nerve wrecking.

I'm not starting a BP bashing session as I am generally a fan and it has served me very well on my overseas travels. However I do sympathise with people who have experienced similar situations to me where there is uncertainty on what's happened to our money. I still have faith in the system and trust that they will work on improving it.... But time is definitely of the essence and hopefully there is some urgency in dealing with these issues posted in this thread.

gonna try on the first withdrawal from atm but unsure on few item.
Can anyone done the withdrawal advise on below?
1) Source of withdrawal should be credit card or saving account?
2) I saw cases where fail withdrawal will deduct the amount from the app as well, can i know how long it needs to rectify this issue? Any supporting document we need to provide to bigpay?
3) How do we know maximum withdrawal limit of the ATM machine? Do we just keyin any amount like 3k / 4k?

the worst part is ppl would keep topping up thinking the transaction actually failed but it’s actually not. and suddenly you end up having large amount of money in the balance for an error that’s not your fault.

I think it's useful to note that for urgent (e.g. chasing good AA ticket price) it's not a problem to top-up using bank transfer instead (no limit).

CC topup can be done at a different date (and then withdrawn) to give just about the same net benefit.

1) rephrase your question
2) only one case reported here in Lyn if I remember correctly, best to refer to BP CS for assistance, if you wish to understand for reference, suggest to get feedback from the member reported the case
3) try and error on HLB ATM / CRM that reported will get 4k max.

No atm charge when using Bigpay in China.

seems not all China bank accept withdrawal via master card. Workable bank so far are : Bank of China, and ICBC ( ....).
Only rm10 withdrawal fee applied.

The exchange rate is almost similar to XE.com rate.

No problem reloading with PBB this morning.

Did you get your money back now after hours? I suggest you call BP

I agree its very frus when there is uncertainty ... nobody wants it... hopefully BP can improve on this

I need 2 more transactions, maybe do later.

It happened to me last Monday. I topped up 9 times, first time wasn't successful.

However, suddenly on Tuesday, I received a notification saying topup was successful.

Using CIMB-Lazada Prepaid Mastercard...
on BigPay: No rebate
on Boost: 0.5% rebate

first question is there are few option to choose from where you want to withdraw your money in the atm screen after u put in the bigpay card
1) Saving acc
2) Current acc
3) Credit Card

Not sure which 1 to choose as i saw in v1 thread, some ppl say credit card and some ppl say saving acc.

so far i topped up <8am, all good. after that seems to have a lot of problem
