i tried Myeg.com.my  for road tax also failed for the same reason, but use at Myeg.com.my to pay PDRM summon without any problem.

Really...? I’m assuming it is able to since myeg accepts  MasterCard... but not tested yet...
I’m planning to pay my DBKL on MYEG using my PBB QM for the Cashback..

However on first page; some have had success to pay DBKL through MYEG using BP

My BIGPAY card is frozen by BIGPAY with the request of credit card statements as the so-called routine check. It is kind of unreasonable to ask for all my credit card statements since I have about 10 of them.
I've asked support to give me specific card and duration that they are looking for. The guy laughed and then just say I still need to provide for all.
Is there any channel that I can ask them to return my card and just cancel it? It is just stupid that my card is blocked for 2 weeks already and no response from support team yet
