Agree on all that. Most of the issues we've been facing are due to one thing and one thing only though, and that's our payment processor's capacity. We're pushing hard to scale it up proactively, rather than retroactively.

We've been trying for MONTHS to recruit good, driven and reliable customer support agents. It's really not as easy as it sounds. Honestly, if you know of anyone that wants to start working in a start-up environment with a huge potential for personal and professional growth, send them my way. Especially if they love travelling We've got a dedicated team for calls, and people dedicated to Facebook, Instagram & emails. But we need a lot more. Fixing customer support is actually the number one priority for the company right now - especially if we want to set a standard in Malaysia.

I tried with withdraw at hong leong bank Damansara Utama (Uptown), at the corner lot. But seems like the max allowable is RM2,000 only, not RM4,000 like what some forumer reported. Anyone can enlighten me? 

I used the ATM at the middle (left side is cash deposit machine, right side is cheque deposit machine) 

Anyone facing any issue using bigpay at shopee? It show card is not activated for online purchase after key in otp. I have used the same few days ago.

BP never failed me but i tried to pay and one successfully went thru this morning, now another transaction it shows something like this.

opps, card is not activated for online transaction(maybe switched not ipay)

how long do i have to wait to a successfully transaction?

mine works fine. tried clear data and login again?

then probably phone specific bug. maybe can feedback to BP on wed and in the meantime use back the old version.

Fortunately and unfortunately, regulated by Bank Negara, Airasia and Bigpay are not allowed to use your deposit at Bigpay account. Bigpay is not licensed to provide a loan product yet and an advance to affiliates.

They are making more money in long term by having all customers spending pattern, consumer spending index, all info given based on our IC by market segment consumers gender, age and etc. These large of data can market their product and service in current and future business or even selling the info for other industry.

By spending small percentage of credit card fee to buy a lot of consumers data is more cheaper than buying consumers data from 3rd party company.

my transaction of RM80 went through but my friend's RM300+ failed twice. Credit was deducted, or more like "authorized". BP CS says it will be on hold for about 8 days and will be returned if Maxis side doesn't claim it. Checked with Maxis and they confirmed transaction failed.

I try again top up by using chartered bank card with  wrong cvv the result same as PBB go through without any issue. Is there all bank having the same problem?
