I apply on 4/11/19 and receveid my card yesterday

and me applied on 1st november...still printing till today..

Ladies and gentlemen, me currently at Taiwan and pay with Bigpay, during the transaction cashier choose the transaction in TWD, however when posted in Bigpay it become USD.

Does this happened before? Myself is the 1st time saw such issue, before that used in SG, Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam do not have such issue

which your situation happened to me too, it happens when merchant credit card terminal can select TWD or our own currency(meaning whenever they asked, TWD or MYR?). If u choose TWD then will charge in USD, it happen 3 times when i was there last month. Well it doesn't matter as i know already cheaper using bigpay, even if i use credit card they also charged in USD.

When merchant no ask meaning the credit card terminal automatically choose TWD and no other option for them to choose from. then those transaction is all TWD .
and wow~ i tried to check back my record and all TWD now! i suspect must be settled then change back TWD. i remember few transaction was in USD when i checked after swiped.

it doesn't really matter whether ur apps got open or not, they just charge according to the currency in their terminal.
if they didn't ask normally will be in local currency, if they saw malaysia currency option they will ask whether u want MYR or local currency

just do it everytime when u pay with PayPal, when u review the cost, u can always choose it to foreign currency manually

try export the transaction out and compare the data.

in your bigpay app, try to reload big amount. see what is the remaining balance (cc topup quota) 

sometime they didn't count the first time added credit card, like last month i top up total RM12k with RM2k on Citi Lazada which is new card...

is it local transfer has been tighten recently? just perform the first withdrawal of the month and got reviewed dy

I have recently redeemed an item using expiring BigPoints in my.redeem.asia.

Let's share a list of BigPoints usage:
1) Airasia :100BP = RM1 [Redeem Flight]
2) Big Loyalty portal
3) Fave : 125BP = RM1 (FAQ)
4) Samsung Rewards : 1000BP = 1000SamsungPoints (someone please advice as I'm not Samsung user currently)  [some details]
5) my.redeem.asia : exchange for free items, just pay delivery charges

like that the list is never ending as so many conversion of points...

what we want is the final product, not conversion of points...
