They DID NOT care about your account security at all.
On 1/8/19 i realised some unauthorized transaction.
I chat to them asking whether i need to replace a new card, they just replied in a chill manner no need for a replacement card, just fill in the dispute form.

If the same happens for any bank, for sure they will cancel the card immediately and issue a new card..

And guess what, another 2 unauthorized transactions happened again yesterday, amounting RM1500 each!!

Lucky i don't have much balance in the card.
Imagine if you have balance in the card.

Wow this is worrying... Better keep low balance and only topup when needed..

Can u click inside the museum transaction and show us the decline reason? Mine was USD1 last month declined because of wrong card numbers entered by fraud. I just received card replacement 2 days ago.

then i think you should cancel the card and get back the refund rather than top up anymore to this card.

after cancel and your ic free to go to create another new card then should be safe...

if still same issue happen, maybe your phone got malware to steal your card info...

Transaction declined due to insufficient funds in card.
Luckily i keep BigPay balance at a minimal.

Anyway had reported lost card and request for a new card.

Just be careful on BigPay ..
..their ways of handling suspicious unauthorized transaction is very insensitive compared to any bank..
Perhaps due to they are prepaid card issuer.

Did they charge RM20 for the replacement card?

No. Don't do anything first. The cs ask u submit dispute form for their investigation although they didn't ask me submit anything. After 2 weeks they replied that email I show u just now and u will get a new card for free. U just have to patient.
