If use Agoda app, I can't pay with BigPay. It will always ask for OTP and after putting the OTP, it failed. So I always use my credit card. With credit card, there is no OTP needed, transaction is successful immediately.

If I remember correctly, I was able to use BigPay on Agoda website. I always pay now, coz pay later always have some fine prints, and the cost may end up higher.

let's check later, maybe they want to do it like Boost as GoPayz also plan to do the same with prepaid card

BigPay license is under E-money. So E-money = E-wallet lah.

Why balance transfer out of business? infact gonna be even better because u withdraw money out from card then balance transfer to another card u get cash to turnover

I think the most logical way to deal with CC topup and withdraw/transfer is to have a surcharge for CC topup while lower rate for mydebit and free for online banking.

With that BP should have free instant transfer using DuitNow to any bank. With that BP would be a nice "Digital Bank" with a really good app (in comparison to our other local bank app) that we can use to pay our bill, act as salary account and transfer to friend.

No. That would not be effective. They need to encourage people to use BP and not deter them. Free top up, but charge them if they want to take out the money from BP. It's a win for BP because the money would be stuck in the ecosystem and people really use BP instead of just the gateway/intermediary of getting cash back from CC.

I've been a long advocate of that. Top up for use BP as normal instead of withdrawing. This abuse also cause the CC companies to pull back cash back because since everyone is topping up and withdraw, how la bank going to sustain.

What they can do is charge maybe like 1% or more if you want to withdraw/transfer to your bank account while offering great rates for TT to foreign account/swipe in foreign currency.
