I already left Vienna and I managed to use 100% with BP for all my expenses. I didn't get any rejection from merchants even I wanna swipe for less than 5 Euro.

Gonna reach Prague soon, see how's the acceptance over there. BP has changed the pattern how I travel this time, I don't need to be heartache over bank charges and yet still getting good forex rate.

i used BP before for my overseas travelling. but now that i got merchantrade card, i use it instead because of convenience of having foreign currency right in my ewallet. BP is now just used for AA flight booking

BP blocking to use other people credit card to top up on own BP now ? 2 days ago it still working fine....

I believe will only block if same CC is used to topup different BP card. especially those that never use BP but just topup to withdraw

our cc paying the merchant can see our name on their receipt end

hmm, I hope it is not block, because my wife don't have any credit card. And I top up her bigpay for pay everything except dining...

Impossible online payment does not show card holder name, furthermore the name on the CC does not need to be same as IC.

I can even put my name as Ah Beng on the card.

want to ask those withdraw at HLBB Jalan Perak, where u guys park? Life Centre? Need to pay RM4 right?
Dunno worth or not purposely go there withdraw RM5000 but need to pay RM6 + RM4 fee...

Merchants will not have access to your personal details other than the CC number.

You can use your wife cc, ah gong cc, papa cc, grandma cc, gf cc, etc etc to topup to your BigPay card, They WILL NOT know that CC does not belongs to u

i already told you, they can see the name of your CC and normally you won't simply put the name on cc
BP got your IC details when you register with them
i don't want to quarrel with you, they got the way to find out the card is not belong to you unless you prove it with your cc statement

didn't see the update in the general list but manually search and got the update button

only can see the 16 digits, expiry dates and cvv of BP, not the top up sources...

FYI I used to work with credit card machines so im pretty sure i know what im talking.

FYI when u use your CC to make payment online eg. Lazada/Shopee/etc u can simply key in anything at the NAME field and it will not have any problem/reject transaction.

So far I used my own card to topup my own BP and partner's BP, and wise versa NO ISSUE.
I never withdraw before.

Enter passcode on the first time, it show message 'something went wrong' (only happened every first try). Bug?
Enter passcode on the second time, it successfully show card details, card number, expiry date and cvv/cvc.

earlier was ok.

now, same behavior as yours.
