I saw it on the website that every topup of RM50 will get 1 bigpoint. Are there any monthly/weekly/daily topup and withdrawal limit? If I topup and withdraw the fund later, will the bigpoint be gone?

use -- no limit
topup -- using cc, max rm10k per month -- using bank/fpx, no limit. however.....
wallet size -- max rm10k at any instance
https://www.bigpayme.com/faq

2. What is the maximum amount I can have in my account?
At any one time you can have a maximum of RM10,000 in your BigPay account.

3. Is there a limit on how much I can top up a month?
There is NO limit on top ups using bank transfer and debit cards, but remember that the maximum amount your account can hold is RM10,000 at any one time. If you're using a credit card to top up, you can top up a maximum of RM10,000 per month.

4. What happens when I hit my credit card top up limit?
You can still top up your BigPay account using either Bank transfers or your ATM/debit cards provided that the balance on your account does not exceed RM10,000

Only ATM withdrawal is currently supported.
Alternatively, you can do a P2P transfer.

Is there any withdrawal limit please?

Saw some people saying that their account got suspended after making large-sum withdrawals.

"StanChart also stated that the card’s annual fee is no longer automatically waived when cardholders spend above RM20,000 per year. This means cardholders will need to contact the bank to waive the RM250 annual fee if they have spent more than RM20,000 with the card."

sorry guys...mayb someone ask before...im not sure, cant find it...
but i wanna ask...does using SC JOP to top up bigpay consider "SPEND" to wavied the annual fee?🤔

yeah, just request, any bank also like that one, if unable to waive after appeal 1-2 times then just cancel, like my case this month on UOB One Card, they initial don't want to waive, then appeal 1 time still cannot, i straight away said cancel, then ask me hold on the phone, after that said can waive only half... i insist cancel...

after 3 weeks, the cancellation department called me why i want to cancel, the reason is AF, then he straight away waived it for 2 years and activate back my card...
