QUOTE(Mr Gray @ Jul 24 2019, 07:03 PM) Is there now a limit on how much we can use big pay in a month? For example topup 3 times and use RM30k? Limit to reload with CC is just RM 10k per month. Of course you can reload the remaining 20k with debit card and use it too but at anytime, wallet size is only 10k max. You need to use and reload while doing it. |

QUOTE(Mr Gray @ Jul 24 2019, 07:03 PM) Is there now a limit on how much we can use big pay in a month? For example topup 3 times and use RM30k? use -- no limittopup -- using cc, max rm10k per month -- using bank/fpx, no limit. however..... wallet size -- max rm10k at any instance https://www.bigpayme.com/faq 2. What is the maximum amount I can have in my account? At any one time you can have a maximum of RM10,000 in your BigPay account. 3. Is there a limit on how much I can top up a month? There is NO limit on top ups using bank transfer and debit cards, but remember that the maximum amount your account can hold is RM10,000 at any one time. If you're using a credit card to top up, you can top up a maximum of RM10,000 per month. 4. What happens when I hit my credit card top up limit? You can still top up your BigPay account using either Bank transfers or your ATM/debit cards provided that the balance on your account does not exceed RM10,000 This post has been edited by cybpsych: Jul 24 2019, 08:27 PM |

QUOTE(PokemonManiac @ Jul 24 2019, 09:09 AM) Im a 2 weeks old Bigpay user. Do anyone have unrecorded bigpoint even though it already shown in the transaction page? QUOTE(TongCN @ Jul 24 2019, 09:25 AM) QUOTE(PokemonManiac @ Jul 24 2019, 11:09 AM) It shows settled. but the point didnt seems to update to the total points there. this happened after i sync bigpay with big loyalty account. i am specially go to calculate all the point earned and the total point is somehow lower than the allocated point. but well i dont care much just let it be. not my main concern |

QUOTE(CardNoob @ Jul 25 2019, 04:30 PM) It was about an hour ago. I apologise to the mod/staff it's against the regulation. I'll remove my post above. I thought we couldn't advertise. Didn't realise that asking would constitute as an offense.EDIT ANDDD I just got PM-bombed. Didn't realise I had so many replies. Thanks guys. I'll sift through to see the highest contributor to this thread and go with that one instead. To the mods/staff/TS Sorry if I shouldn't have asked for them codes! Read the first post and just saw that I can't advertise them. EDIT 2: Seems like it is there. I just didn't read all the way down. Suggestion to put it higher up in the thread? Otherwise noobs like me would miss out on it. Sorry again! This post has been edited by marquis: Jul 25 2019, 04:39 PM |

QUOTE(misterhaoyu @ Jul 22 2019, 01:52 AM) Hi all, Thankful for all the replies on using BigPay overseas! My friends and I are planning to go to Jakarta next month. I'm thinking of using my BigPay card to retrieve RM2800 in the local currency from a local ATM in Jakarta for all 4 of us to spend. I'm doing this with an intent to save costs by avoiding currency exchanges and also to earn points when I top up into my BigPay account. Would this method be cheaper or am I better off changing my currency in Malaysia before the trip? How much is the withdrawal fee that I will be charged as of now? I remember a year ago when I received the card, it was capped at RM10. Is it still the same? Is there a limit to how much I am able to withdraw? Thank you! Also, does the card require my mobile phone number to be active? What if I'm on flight mode throughout my trip as I'm not planning to get a local Indonesian SIM card? But I'm planning to visit places out of town where cards might not be accepted and will be forced to use cash. Anyone have experience on withdrawing cash with BigPay overseas? Is it capped at RM10 no matter how much we withdraw? Planning to retrieve RM2800 in rupiah. Thank you! |
