i just top up my bigpay card using my credit card.
bcoz i i hav multiple credit card saved in it, i accidentally key in the wrong CVV.
to my surprise, it still goes through, still get OTP from bck, & the OTP also works.

this begs the question of how secure it really is.

This has been discussed multiple times before. The source of this problem is the credit card bank, not BigPay. Most probably you used Standard Chartered card?

i'm not saying big pay's fault, i'm saying bank shud hav algorithm to check if the information (card number & cvv) sent to them matches b4 sending out the OTP.

As mention, discussed earlier which is bank issue. BUT according to bank site, some bank dont verify cvv, they verify OTP or TAC from sms, as long as match, transaction will pass. Unless your HP, your cards all got access by 3rd party that you cannot blame them for security and safety of your money.

Anyone having issues with the app? I've very frequent issues these past 2 weeks of not being able to display transaction and balance, not only my phone, my siblings one as well.

I just notice that the transaction notifications don't always appear but other than that, everything is pretty normal.

som transaction will only display days later.

yesterday tried
HLB PJ new town 4K = reject
HLB Subang taipan 4K = reject (used to be smooth sailing)

tried just now HLB old HQ does not disappoint
5.1k = reject
5k = smooth transaction

Tried withdraw 4k at HLB Mid valley. Failed.

I did key in wrong cvv for few times too, still get OTP but transaction unsuccessful.

I read some blog saying that BigPay is best used for overseas spending due to no fee incur and rate better than money exchanger here. Anyone try before?
