How is refund amount being reflected in the app? Should it written the merchant, green arrow (money in) and the amount?

Or they just put a cross at the previous transaction we did last time? Im afraid the money wont go in, refund from zalora.

haha me too, took me 3 weeks to go there to get premium status
but better dont share too much, later they block as well

my advise is don't use Kiple, as of now, already almost 2 month still didn't see my RM200 went into my bank...
their max is only RM200...

For BigPay send money to friend, it's good to have favorite contact. As I always send to few persons only.

i think got problem on BP as well...
Try to reload with another e-wallet with BP 1st time failed, 2nd time through, 3-5th time failed...

Their server these few days heard quite haywire.

Mine all ok for the moment.

now 6th tried straight away no OTP page and failed..
7th time through~

Pretty sure they saw a pattern of huge reloads from BigPay which were withdrawn soon after. Myself being one of the users who did that (only twice!).

Hopefully the barrier can be removed

It is there but I never try.

A big no-no to use KiplePay, at least for now, until they rectify all the technical problems.

We always complain about instability of BigPay app, but this KiplePay is worst than BigPay.

Missing top-ups, mess-up of credit/debit and unresponsiveness of customer service staff are very common in KiplePay. Worse still, they need to take 30 days to process withdrawal. That means after your money is deducted from your KiplePay account, it will only be credited to your bank account 30 days later. This is clearly stated in their T&Cs.

I have deinstalled the app.

yah, luckily i dont do withdrawal pay bill still safe.

kiplepay is not "withdrawal" -friendly with funny T&Cs compared to other wallets.
