Just made a withdrawal at hong leong ATM and surprisingly got 2 withdrawal transactions. Should I escalate or just wait for the duplicated transaction to be reversed, since still pending?

Until BP solve this missing refunds, no point reloading. CS promised to investigate and have their answers by this Wed. Will wait and see.

Meanwhile, start using GP. Not as good but it is better than nothing.

Seems like I have a similar situation as you. I've a refund which was made by some company at 06 April 2020 but it wasn't reflected in my BP as at now 27 April 2020. Just brought it up to BP CS, they mentioned that they can see the refund transaction from their end. They mentioned will escalate the matter and investigate. Will get back to me 2 days later which is Wednesday as well. So ya wait and see too

I just tried local bank transfer to myself as normal to my favourite account but got error message "please contact bank bla bla"...

Many still don’t have credit card in this country. But otherwise, almost every adults have debit card now.

But yes, I agree that without incentive for people to use eWallet, few people will use it. In countries with very developed card payment system such as South Korea (the one Asian country with highest card usage), some European countries like UK, Norway etc., it’s extremely hard for eWallet to gain a foothold due to existing payment system is so well-developed already and everyone just pays using either credit or debit card.

ytd tried to top up using pbb quantum master, i failed twice despite enter the corrrect CVV and OTP code.

Why can't I find the option to add new credit card? Did they block the function to add new credit card or they have a limit of the number of credit cards that are saved in one account?
