HSBC VS top up Bigpay considered as online, i.e., 5X reward points, equivalent to 1.67% cash back (based on 30000 point = RM 100 voucher) ,still not a bad deal when other cards are cashback-maxed

Is this referring to HSBC Visa Signature card or any HSBC VISA card?

HLB Digital Day 7% rebate just credited.
Uncapped on Bigpay transactions.


Don't show your rebate. The name list will be published with rebate amount.

Sis I believe I also raised complaint in the thread a few pages before this. Mainly that some of the newer users just want to repeat their complaints repeatedly, simply throw accusations at BigPay, and most importantly do like 3-4 posts in a row. In other threads I know a mod would step in, but here even though it's Finance subforum and not Kopitiam it doesn't look like mods have stepped in on that.

To be clear, I like most users want all issues raised (and am concerned on things like unauthorized and unreflected transactions) but no one wants to wade through 5 pages of repeated complaints in the morning. BigPayJonathan has to la, that's his job, the rest of us just want to have a productive discussion of pro and con and how to use the card, not read someone's complaints which should go on a blog.

I think u misunderstand here. ppl are just replying to other forumers comments as well as giving a clearer picture. it just shows the magnitude of the problem. better than posts like 'oh ive topped up today for pbb promo' or 'oh I received rm50 cashback from pbb promo'. going by the same logic, no one wants to wade through 5 pages of repeated cashback posts in the morning. a productive discussion, not read someone's cashback story which should go on a blog.

I did suggest do some reconcile actually few pages ago, sometime manually add / deduct might solve the prob

I did but going back hundreds of transactions with some reversal and refunds took me some time and I posted the result.

this we are assuming the unlikely event that my gf accidentally press the wrong tab, accidentally pick my name, accidentally input the amount and accidentally confirmed it.

most ppl will think of this as a minor problem because of the amount, blame it on and money transferred to a closed one. imagine if u 'accidentally' transferred rm6k to some random person and there's no trace of it. not that easy to laugh it off then eh?

point is lesson learned to be vigilant. if it can happen to rm60, it can happen to rm60k as well. im sure many who don't check their balances now will be more careful. and that's what this forum is for. besides 'ranting' and 'complaining', at least some one else learnt something.

Surprise that u didnt 'invest' more for 7% profit in less than 2 months.

I don't spend much also. Why aim for 7% when can aim higher for PB?

please la, it's just a matter of time when 1) the app fail you, and 2) bigpay suspend your for suspicious behavior/activities.

point is, these unconventional user activities, better left unsaid. there are many newbies who are willing to experiment without knowing the consequences.

am sure later more and more users coming in here later to "discuss" and derail this whole thread, again

dont think mods would allow such discussion to take place in this controlled-subforum.
