RM1,000 daily limit error message when I tried local bank transfer. The last I did was yesterday 1st of August. Bloody hell ....

Suddenly my card blocked for few weeks without reason. Checked and follow up with few CS also they couldn’t tell me why
Turns out they replaced my card with Visa after I got the card today. How dumb can their CS be? Like that also cannot tell me? |

Shittiest company ever. I tried contacting CS to cancel my account for almost 2 weeks, nobody bothers to attend me. Is this company dead? Cannot imagine if got fraud and try to get in touch with CS.

I remember I tried to close my account few months ago, BigPay told me to keep it active even though I'm not using it. They doesn't charge a fee. After seeing this news, I have doubts. Just emailed them to cancel my account immediately. If I do not hear from them within 7 working days, I will escalate to bank negara. Haloperidol and wongmunkeong liked this post
