RM1,000 daily limit error message when I tried local bank transfer. The last I did was yesterday 1st of August. Bloody hell ....

He is right. I can transfer immediately after 24 hours from my last transfer. I don’t remember such rule exist last time

Nope. BigPay getting shittier and shittier. I even received notification in app and email that funds have been transferred. But check bank - didn't receive yet.

I thought money transferred to bank before 12pm will receive in the same day? I transferred 7am but didn’t receive on the same day!

Suddenly my card blocked for few weeks without reason. Checked and follow up with few CS also they couldn’t tell me why

Turns out they replaced my card with Visa after I got the card today. How dumb can their CS be? Like that also cannot tell me?

Wise is international company with revenue more than 800 milliion pound. BigPay is a local crap company owns by AirAsia who can't even get reloading credit reflect immediately at times. Of course Wise more competent biggrin.gif

Shittiest company ever. I tried contacting CS to cancel my account for almost 2 weeks, nobody bothers to attend me. Is this company dead? Cannot imagine if got fraud and try to get in touch with CS.

I remember I tried to close my account few months ago, BigPay told me to keep it active even though I'm not using it. They doesn't charge a fee.

After seeing this news, I have doubts. Just emailed them to cancel my account immediately. If I do not hear from them within 7 working days, I will escalate to bank negara.

Took them 9 days to reply me after my email. Cancellation need 30 working days. Clowns.
