Noticed that many serviced apartment & condo have rain shower and shower heads installed but no heating or pump feature. If you want to install heater and pump, you need to remove those? Also, most water heater already comes with their own shower heads so why do they bother to include them anyway?

Do serviced apartments/condos already provided water pump or do you need to buy your own water pump as well?

Based on the explanation above it seems that for 15 storey condo, you don't need pump for 13th floor and below?

If your normal water pressure (the normal tap) is OK, I think it should be fine. After all, the hot water is stored in the tank. The concept is same as those in hotel.

but the hotel ones when shower have very huge pressure... feels nice... it is installed with water pump right?

wonder if serviced apartment water pressure is the same as those hotel with huge pressure without the need to buy any water pump equipment

New condo/apartment shouldnt have water pressure problem as they have break tank. The water pressure of using a heat tank is just same as the normal water pressure you getting from cold shower (no pump). It mix hot water with cold water to make it warm. If the water pressure of cold water is low, I think you have a major problem (as this should affect the whole house).
