Can Mgmt restrict number of guests to use, Facilities? Swimming pool, gym, etc

Hi,
Is it possible to restrict number of guests using facilities at least for weekend ? Imagine every weekend one unit bring 10 people friends to swim cause crowded. No chance for other owners to swim . |
