I am currently using DLINK 890l and Time Broadband.
VPN - Nord VPN

Based on the Nord website i can just choose the L2TP SETUP via internet setting in router.
But using this option will render my internet disconnected.

Here is guide provided by VPN how to connect a D-Link router to NordVPN with L2TP:

1. Go to Internet -> Setup;
2. Select L2TP (Username / Password) as your internet connection type;
3. Select Dynamic IP as your Address Mode;

Did i missed out anything in particular?

You need a router that has a dedicated VPN function in order to use the L2TP setup. The L2TP setup in your router's WAN page is not a VPN.

Bro, I think u need a asus router(support openvpn) to do this.
