I know Maxis has those ONE-exclusive deals but still, we are paying for them. Meanwhile this user who claimed his family has been subscribed to Maxis for years received a free Oppo F5.

Good paymaster only baru eligible
My relative using maxis 128 150 since long ago also never get cause got one time went overseas long time the line got barred.. |

Been a Maxis subscriber for almost 2 decades but also didn't get a single free phone. Payment always on time and prompt. So much for being loyal!

Based on own experienced, by default maxis customer are eligible to get free phone offer everytime 2 years contract finished. More expensive plan means better phone choice. The catch is contract will be renewed.
