[HELP] unifi router and modem problem, living in stone age right now

my house mate yesterday night restarted the modem
now my modem is working(all led lights needed are fine), but the router keep on restarting and refresh
and my wifi signal is totally gone
already called customer service
he restarted his port on his side and i restarted mine, still problem persist

You guys updated the firmware is it? Stock TM firmware is different from D-Link website one. You might have bricked it.

Your TM router is faulty. And considering it's the D-Link DIR-615, the warranty for the router is definitely over Time to replace it with a different one
