if your car is still new, i'd say get it spray painted at mazda. alternatively, you can send to other workshop but it has to be the one that really dismantle the door handle, side mirror and the rubber strip instead of just use masking tape to cover these items for spraying. you may end up paying more or less of what mazda is quoting.
those 200-300 is most likely will cincai spray. you dont want paint marks on your rubber seals etc.

QUOTE(RR-1516 @ Jan 13 2023, 10:05 AM) I place a booking on the last day of SST exemption. Thus, that's the only discount do I have. Heard some SA in Klang Valley do give you some discount of 500-1000 if you doesn't want their lousy Skytint (cost 2k). Save roughly 2.5-3k. In my case, it is compulsory to have pay for it (2k) and I gonna replace it with Vkool since Mazda tint is sucks. the skytint is 'compulsary'. unfortunately, there is no way to opt it out and save rm2k. additional discount or freebies are from the SA's initiative.

QUOTE(GamersFamilia @ Aug 23 2024, 02:47 PM) thinking to get used cx5 from carsome , which is better 2.0 or 2.5 ? If you dont mind the roadtax, get the 2.5. Low end torque is good.

QUOTE(kelvyn @ Oct 8 2025, 11:15 PM) 3. Seems odd that SC didn't mention need to replace the timing belt.... 4. Air cleaner. Should I replace with Mazda air filter or get the after market type? its using timing chain bro.. however, do check the v-belt (alternator belt). a decent aftermarket air filter will do the job, branded not cap ayam one. however, if the original air filter's price is not much diff from the oem, just get the original.
