Why not sending it to body and paint centre? They should have 6 months to 1 year warranty iinm after repair. As u claim under the other car insurance, should sent to Mazda Body and Paint at the 1st place
It was my mistake also.
After accident happened, first to reach is my SA, asking on the repair and insurance claim etc.
I was asked to put my car there, and he will handle for me.
At first I thought the SA will help me send to Mazda body and paint centre, since he is the dealer.
BUT I AM WRONG, I called to Mazda body and paint HQ asking my vehicle check in status on all Mazda body and paint branches, but its not there.
Fine, as my car still with them, I stay put and let them handle, and worry anything they would do on my vehicle if I report on them.
Since then, I knew they sent to their appointed workshop already.
My point is after car fixing, if its done good quality work and paint job, then its fine. Since I sent the car in already, nothing much I can do.
But now all these problems arise..
I've made appointment with HQ to perform on bumper inspection, if found to be original, not replaced, I will straight complaint on them.
I know its too late for now, but what's been done is done..
