I was told that my DCBlue need to wait another 3 weeks by my SA.

And I am so tired of waiting and almost giving up..

But then my SA called me again, "Do you want to change to Jet Black? And it will be available next week.."...I was like..."Ok.."

SRC -> DCB -> JB

What a journey..
*
Hey... Same here

Can get car roughly on mid AUG.
Mine also about the same with you. But mine is SRC -> DCB. No Jet Black.

sigh...

Hi. I need help again.

I was cruising at a normal road and suddenly i notice there's a bump in front of me.
I press the brake pedal harder than usual and i heard an "tuk tuk tuk" sound coming out from my brake. I don't think that's and ABS because i had a similar encounter with my previous car and both my older car doesn't have this issue.

Anyone of you encounter this issue before?

Hmm, was there any vibrations while pressing the pedal and was the sounds before, during or after hitting the bump?
Hey, coil you pls share the tutorial here.. Thanks.. Be good for those who don't mind.
*
No, not yet hit the bump. It's just when out of sudden you saw a bump and u just step the brake harder then you will feel the "tuk tuk tuk" sound comes out from the brake.

Is your vehicle still new? I had the similar experience too but it goes off after a while...probably the virgin brake pad that caused the noise  biggrin.gif

Yes... 5 days only.

Oh ya, Jet Black ho.... rclxms.gif

Someone said using the soft gel type to stick the dust, or something like that.

I dunno la, mine got hair line scratches. Work of art.

I went up to Genting on sport and manual mode. Not bad the cornering capability.

During uphill you let the gearbox decide the gear for you or you go for "manual" using the + / -?

I used manual +-

5 persons on board.

Power was sufficient for NA 2.0

Normally at which gear you use the most? cos i'm going uphill soon.

Ok finally solve the weird knocking sound from behind. Turns out to be the damn tyre inflation box given by the dealer. Now it feels so good when going over bumper.

Yesterday night was driving at night and I finally can appreciate how good the handling is for CX-5. It is especially good when driving fast and going around corners. It gives me the feeling that I can control the car and the car will be always under control (please try that with other cars and you'll know what I am saying here)

Driving slow or stuck in traffic jam then the feeling is meh since the car vibrates a lot and the engine noise is louder than any other car (try switching off the radio and you can definitely hear the noise).

This is definitely a zoom zoom car.

Wanna test your cornering?

From Karak highway towards KL, turn into Genting Sempah, there's a roundabout (big). Take 3o clock, uphill a short while and there's a small road where you can goto KL which will skip the toll.
The road is very tiny and lot's of corner. Eventually you will pass by an kampung orang asli and will connect to Batu Caves.

Don't try it on night time.

You can use waze to guide you to Hospital Orang asli gombak. Then from hospital orang asli gombak u waze again to Genting Sempah.

You can use Google Satellite to have a look on the road condition...

Btw guys, just asking..

Who actually made the arrangement & choose who get the car first?

When I call HQ, they said its the responsibility of the Branch manager to select who get the car first.. they dont know where am I on the list & they can only check the basic details.

Ive booked the Car in Mazda 4S Seremban.
*
I booked directly from Bermaz, so i know my queue.
For your case, you better deal with branch manager. Just tell them any colour will do. Ask them cut queue for you.

They know their car allocation at the beginning of the month. So on 1st or 2nd Oct, you better chase the branch manager ass off.

Hey, do you use rain-x? if not, try some.. Apply on both windscreen and wipers. Also, regurlarly take a cloth or tissue and wipe the wiper blades. It does gather dust and other particles just laying there unused.. These then get spread across the screen during use. So far, mine's silent and no judder. Added advantage of using a water repellent, is that you'll use your wipers significantly less than otherwise.
Haha..
I'm using Glaco rain repellent + Soft99 glass stain cleaner.

Initially it was very good.... out of sudden the judder getting serious...

Some says it's because of those rain repellent. I used Glaco as well and got the judder. Cleaned them off and try again?
*
I have no idea how to clean it up... i used the car shampoo to clean it but the rain repellent coat is still there...
Might try again with the Soft99 glass stain cleaner.

Perhaps it's a Glaco thing then.. How violent is the juddering? Does it still jerk even when the wipers have to go really fast?
Normal car shampoos will have very little effect in removing it. It's how it's designed.. I personally wash mine once a week and Rain-X is still there over the months. To remove stuff like that, you'd have to use the abrasive stuff and be careful not to get it on your paint and perhaps, not on the plastic bits. Use kitchen dishwashing liquids and or Vinegar. Done right, should remove that repellent layer.
*
The judder kinda serious and loud as well... yesterday night i tested the soft99 glass stain remover on certain part of my windscreen.
After cleaning the certain part, i notice that there's some sort of coating has been removed but i'm not sure whether is the rain repellent or not as yesterday night there's no rain and i can't test it out.

If it is, then i would recommend this stain remover...

**by the way, anyone here register for the CX-5 event from Mazda Malaysia on next sat and sun? I've registered but till now there's no feedback
