Hi all,

Just gotten my CX5 3days ago but discovered some bubbles at front window screen. Send the pics to SA and she reply that the tint is from HQ then send me a website to ask me to send my car there to fix. When I open the website, it is Konica website with branch office address. When I goggle-map it, it just a normal office instead of workshop. I informed SA about this and send my car back to the showroom. Her supervisor took few picture and told me that he will let me know in two days time.

Anyone got any issue with Skytint? What is the normal procedure to get the tint fixed? Mazda SC should fix it or there is other authorised third party workshop that can fix it?

Appreciate your input on this. Thanks.

If you have the budget for tint, just scrap it off... its a very lousy tint that we had to pay for..  with the current weather, your CX5 will be like a moving oven..  ranting.gif

No budget ler. Irregardless of quality of tint, my case is more on the poor workmanship and SA/SC trying to put the blame to HQ.
