what is your car variant?

mine is 2020 but I didn't smell any diesel burnt smell so far

12km ~ 11km per liter so far on street roads

2nd service this Saturday

Done 2nd service at 12,500 KM 😅, just service as per the normal in the package, didn't take the extra suggestions by SC. So far below are my 3 issues:
1. Abnormal noise coming from absorber - Waiting parts to replace front both lower arm bush
2. Abnormal noise coming from front passenger door panel
3. Abnormal noise coming from rear left passenger area, like metal knocking 😅

Battery test result after a year and hope it last long, I didn't charge, just regular drive around to let the alternator do the work:
State of Health: 99%
State of Charge 95%

they will recommend you some add on things on top of the foc standard service package, up to you want to go for it or just stick with the foc package

Normally year end and early of the year there is promotion because they want to clear previous year stock, but I think that not the case for this year since production has been reduced due to economy and MCO.

Your car warranty is 5 years am I right?

We about the same, mine just reached 15k since July 2020 as well.

Renewed my insurance this year (2nd year) without any rebate, but 1st year I was given with the 3.6k insurance rebate.

Checking with my SA at the moment, he will come back to me.

But weird stuff, I renewed the insurance with the same Mazda branch that I purchased my car and they never remind about the 2nd year 2.4k rebate.

My bad, as per nYbROOKLYN mentioned, mine is with 3.6k 1st year insurance rebate and 5.8k SST exemption. So no 2.4k 2nd year insurance rebate for me. 😅

So far issues with my car:
1. Significant scratches on instrument cluster cover - My claim was rejected by Mazda, SA replaced it for me - Fixed
2. Air conditioner on front passenger side blow hot air when set to 25c, referred to Mazda Japan then SC changed the air conditioner controller, still the same. Compared with new car, is the same then SC concluded that it is normal - Fixed
3. Car jerking when slowly drive through a bump at 10~20kmph. SC relearn the auto transmission, so far there is no issue until today - Fixed
4. Clunking noise at the front, both front bush has been replaced - Fixed
5. Rattling noise:
- Front dashboard (fixed but still there is minor noise)
- Instrument cluster cover (I think because they replaced it before this it was fixed recently)
- Driver side (ongoing but I might found the root cause)
- Left rear passenger side (ongoing can't find the root cause yet)
6. Left front damper knocking noise, to change with a new damper - In progress

About some of the abnormal noise, complained to SC and then they said it was fixed but actually not, so have to visit them frequently to investigate and remediate
