2.0 6 months owner here, no issue other than the noise on lower arm Bush when going over bumps, fixed by SC... No regrets buying this car

Replaced it 2 months ago and it happening again.

looking to replace CX-5 tyres, any recommendations on brands, price and shop locations?

bro 17 or 19.. my 19" i change it near my place more than 1 k per pcs 

2.5 and 2.2 using 19 bro
but ps4 suv 17" that cost around RM500.. if primacy also around 400+ if i m not mistaken..

The problem is that even >200k cars like GLC also have their own fair share of issues. It's rare to find a car where it's 100% problem-free. Maybe the Myvi and some Toyotas come close to it, but not sure which cars are truly worry-free in the range of 180k-300k

Really. I still waiting for my infotainment replacement after 2 months and still waiting.

Thanks for the valuable input. Yes BSM, RCTA, AEB, and ACC are kinda my must-haves moving forward (my pre-FL Civic doesn't have these).

CX-5 is definitely on my shortlist, it's at the top of it, in fact it's just a bit scary to see so many people in this thread having issues with the front suspension and side mirror motors. My hope is that the eventual facelift will fix these issues from the production line since I can't imagine it'd be good margin-wise for them to keep doing these replacements under warranty.

I am not so border on obvious issue that can be fix by replacing parts, it is not that concern as the car under warranty anyway. Replace it and the issue gone.
What I think the most annoying is the rattling sound/noise.
If the rattling sound is very obvious also cant guarantee 100% Technician can fix it for you. If can fix it, also cant 100% guarantee the sound will not come back later.

Even worst if the sounds happens on/off. when you test drive with Technician and the sound dissapear.

I have obvious rattling dashboard sound after 1 month drive, record video for the sound and show to the technician.
1st time complain, Tech fix it(so call), sound come back within 1wk.
2nd time complain again, they seriously look into the problem, test drive & fix multiples times(~5hrs, >50km drived as i check the milage).
omg, it really fix it, no more rattling sound…..., guess waat, the sound only appear 3 times in the next 10 mths...i consider a bless...lol

then recently comes the minor rattling sound on the driver door.

as some of you said, just live with it.
It not worth to border the sound and take personal leave just to fix the it. I will just complain when it come to the service internal.
The more you send to fix it, the more sound you get later due to dismantle and reassemble…lol

As if you ask me if next time will I ever choose Mazda again? It depends on what the future product will be.
I do believe every car brand hv it own problems, it a matter of PPM level and how lucky you are.

DId you done sound proof on all doors?  if yes then door panel sound should be not there.

RM750 + RM500 

RM750 for apple carplay and android auto (Hardware related, need to lay new cables, change new USB module)

RM500 for activating all the features, including turning off the iStop. (Software related)

Just reached 700km. Some review points that I wanna share below:

1. I notice my fren CX5 (2020 iinm) has the GVC & 2.0GLS badge where mine (2021) doesn't, is it due to different batches?
2. There's 1 time I cant open the boot (car is full stopped - park in front of house) from pressing the boot from my dashboard and it sound 2 times, is it a rare case or something prevent it from opening it?
3. Avg KM is about 11.2km/L, 60% highway 40% city? So far the car has been through 1 and the half tank run about 700km, not sure is high FC or not?
4. In some situations i feel that the car is under powered when accelerating form 0 to 40 as my usual rev is at 2 max.
5. Crusing at 110 - 130 is really fun as the engine is not struggle and making lots of noises.
6. The istop is not so practicle at times, when the car stops in rush hour, the istop triggers and shuts the engine about few seconds, then the engine starts back where the car is not moving at all. I feel it hurting the battery and the engine mounting as you guys mentioned here.
I will buy the istop module from shopee to install it. Speaking of the module, if the SC saw the module attached, should be alright? Or I had remove it before I send to SC?

just curious what do you find not good with the Original Toyo tyre ?  to me seems ok for my driving style.
