May I know how to report to MCMC? So that Maxshit and Hotlink get fine slap by MCMC?

Really cannot tahan this kind of "mistake" from Telco already. They could make millions out of it



I got subscribed for no reason and even charged for replying "STOP KA1"

Oh nvm, I just made a MCMC complaint. Pretty easy though.

Maxis really annoy me lately, freaking message me on 2am late night for their ussual scam, subscribed and charged, both!

They no longer support hotlink customer on their 100 number, it is also not a toll free number anymore, which explain the extra stalling with all its menu and advertisement.

I also get same situation. I just reported to MCMC.
Before that, I reported to ECP customer service to ask for refund but guess what their answer "As requested, we have unsubscribed and blocked this number 6011xxxxxxxx from Game Lord subscription.Thank you."

No mention that they will do refund my money. Lol bs.
