I am looking for apartment or condo to invest in KL and i like the Mount Kiara location. I know there are a lot of high rise apartments rather than low ones.
I know that RM400K is not much especially that location but when i googled under IProperty website, i noticed there are available ones within my budget and some are new launch ones.
Plus, it comes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom ..

I am not from KL so i do not have specific agents but it is rater surprisingly to see.

Can someone enlighten me on this if these are true or not.

Are you sure that's exactly in Mont Kiara? Not some North Kiara, East Kiara, South Kiara crap?
