Hi Maxis,
Hope you can help to answer.
I have existing Maxis postpaid line and Hotlink prepaid.
However, I forgot to reload my Hotlink prepaid and it is expired. I called Maxis customer service on how to retain that number but they requested me to subscribe to RM98 Maxis One plan.

Question.
May I open another supplementary line using my old Hotlink number under my existing Maxis postpaid line?
I understood that I no longer able to reactivate expired prepaid number but also not want to subscribe to RM98 postpaid.

i'm not maxis staff but afaik the answer is no.

maxis want u to commit rm98 per month for (usually) min 6 months, before u can convert it back to prepaid or change it to supp line rm48.

if u dont want to subscribe for rm98 then is like bye-bye to that number ~

Thank you for your reply.
As that number is with me for >10 years, it is important to me.
However, I don't need the package that comes with RM98.
Hope there is someone that can help.
