Get a driving licence here. Since you can drive, the process should be easier.

Wonder if it's possible to get a IDL with your S'pore driving license, and use that to get a Malaysian driving license.

if you can get singapore license, I dont see any barrier for you to get Malaysia license. It should be way easier
