As we can see, every post has report button.

If we report, is it referring ONLY to that post?
What does we actually need to report?
If we report a person sig oversize, it is click on his post then report?

Is there any proper way to report or watsoever?

Yes, we'll get a link to the exact post that was reported, as long as you clicked on the 'Report' button for that post.

is it juz certain mod or staff will receive the report only??

like i made a report in Software board
then is it juz the Software board mod receive the report only??

So, we just state what is the problem? What if you guys have doubt on what we wrote?

Not sure what the mods see, but staff will see all reports.

A short sentence or two saying why you think action should be taken is enough.

we see all reports, even for sections we're not handling. which is why sometimes actions are not taken that promptly as only mods with authority to handle a particular section could settle the matter.
