Condo/Service apartment people... can I know how do you normally get your parcel?

Is it there is a receptionist helping you to collect and they store somewhere till you come and collect or they let the delivery guy go up to your unit and hand it to you?

Courier will pass the parcel to security.

Security will place in locker

Security will forward the locker password via residence apps and residence can collect it 24 hours.

Big parcel place at security cctv control room. Bring original water bill and if address ok. Can collect lo.

Applies to all types of condo/serviced apartment?

You should check with your management, most condo are different.

Some allow postman to delivery deliver to unit, escorted by security.

Some collected on behalf by concierge

Some deposited into your security box and you'll be provided PIN to collect

Some just drop at guardpost

In any of these case, ensure that you include phone number to sender to write. Some will call you and ask you to collect from lobby, etc.

Last time when I stayed in condo, the security will intercom our unit and ask to go down and collect from the delivery guy. If no one available, it will either be stored in the guard post or delivery man left a note for you to self collect at post office.

Left a note = GG

Best is if there is a receptionist storing it for you
