Hello mummies

My daughter is 2yo, she now refuse to eat porridge and prefer to eat rice. The problem is she just like to eat white rice, doesn't like to eat meat, fish, vege....

We would think that by eating white rice has no sufficient nutrition for her.

Any suggestion or advise? Mind share your food recipe for your kids?

Eating white rice only ofcourse is a no no, even cereal will be better.

WHat is the reason she dont want to eat meat/veg?

Perhaps make it cuter? is it the taste? She prefer more bland taste?

Something liek this?

A father myself. That's the thing about toddlers. They tend to be choosey with time. Need to force her a bit otherwise you will have a hard time balancing her diet later. Try different food and a bit of onion maybe to enhance the taste

I have no idea why she doesn't like to eat meat/veg. She will spit out the meat/vege/toufu...

Hv tried to mix meat/fish with the white rice for her but she will spit it out once notice there is "smth" in the rice. She rather drink milk.

Thanks for the picture...Will try this recipe out

ohh i thought my boy is picky enough already. but i've been having the same issue with him processing only what he picks, IN HIS MOUTH ADK E$#K, so if there's a rice with chicken/egg, he can manage to swallow only the rice and spits out the chicken. wtf. so what we did we try to mush/blend it well and infused and mix it well with the rice, and he likes it soupy as well. so it did work.

May I know if she has all/a lot teeth already? Not an expert but I am watching a show and there s a section a man brought his son to doctor. His son always spits out meat. It was later found out he doesn't has enough teeth, finds them difficult to chew so he spits them out.
