hmmm, i dont have that problem but i keep getting "you're running a old version of the game" and force restarts to patch the game

Dear Commanders on Azur Lane EN,

On February 19th 12:30 A.M. (PST), while HQ was in the process of QA for the Winter's Crown event, the incomplete version from our test server was unintentionally patched onto the live servers. Incidentally, a group of Commanders were able to see the Sirius event icon after logging into the game. At around 4:04 A.M. (PST), we restored the live servers to their original state prior to the unintended patch.

Our original plan was to first raise the ship cap-level to 110 as well as introduce submarine-class shipgirls for the first half of 2019. Further down the road this year, once players reached level 120 -- and after we've released submarine-class shipgirls -- only then were we planning to release re-run content for our events. As such, the developer's original hope was to have the upcoming Winter's Crown event released with the omittance of re-run content.

EN players would enjoy a level playing field in conjunction to CN & JP servers with the omittance of re-run content for Winter's Crown. More importantly, this would cater better towards our novice Commanders who recently joined our EN servers for the upcoming Winter's Crown event.

Due to the leaked content from the unintentional patch update whereby some players explicitly saw the Sirius event icon, this has created unfulfilled expectations for our players. Therefore we have decided overnight to include the re-run content (Sirius & Matchless) into the upcoming Winter's Crown event on February 21st (PST). Let it be known that this is a very rare exception!

As for future events, we intend to give our Commanders a wide breathe [sic] of time to acclimatize to the level cap of 110 as well as catch up on their Main Storyline progression. This means that re-run content for future events will not be included. We will choose an appropriate time down the road to release re-run content. Additionally, Hatshushimo will be permanently added to the build pool at a later patch update once we have devised a suitable timeline for her introduction.

Ever since the OBT release date on August 16th for Azur Lane EN, all of you Commanders have journeyed alongside with us for more than half a year now! At this time, HQ would like to use this opportunity to share with you a sneak peak of our plans for 2019 down the road!

Firstly, we'd like to reiterate our full intention to keep up with this pace of game content releases in the form of patch updates. Examples of game content being: skins, oath skins, and dorm sets; these will be released simultaneously alongside the JP server. While raising the level-cap, submarine-class shipgirls, more retrofits, and catching up on the main storyline; we'll sync with the pace of the JP server for these releases.

Another surprise is that Azur Lane EN will be attending a North American expo later this year. Big Leona & her team are working feverishly in setting up our booth even as we speak!

Afterwards, you may have surmised that Azur Lane EN will reach its 1-year anniversary! During our 1-year anniversary event, players will get the chance to recieve SN Avrora after completing all event missions. SN Avrora was previously exclusively attainable via our CBT code for a limited time in our open-beta test period.

Of course, we cannot forget our expanded merchandise lineup which we'll kick off as soon as we're able to! We hope you can sense our sincerity and gratitude towards all of you, Commanders. We would very much like to greet you in person as we dive deeper into 2019.
