 TIME Fiber POS & LOS help!, Connection Issue

Hi, I need help with the TIME Fiber ONT setup or maybe not. 1 week ago I'm not able to use internet because of PON & LOS are both blinking. So I called the management come to fix it.

Finally, today they send a guy and help me to fix the problem, but at the end the internet are still not working. He said now that is not their problem anymore because they just fixed the fibre and connect our unit to the outside, they fix the thing already and now he want me to call TIME to come and fix the rest of the problem. But I really don't know what the heck is he talking about. Below here are our conversation.

He : "Please tell the TIME, reading is too high. You take the picture and send to them. Just tell them like that and they will know."
Me : "Ok."

I lazy to wait. Is already about 2 week I cannot use internet. So I use my data and do some research at home. My research is about the indicators lights and found that my "PON is "Blinking rapidly (on for 0.5s and off for 0.5s repeatedly)" & "LOS is "Blinking slowly (on for 2s and off for 2s repeatedly)" with the description "The Rx power of the PON terminal is not within the Rx sensitivity range." at Table 2 No. 6 at here.

So I follow one of the guide on the internet and access to the web base of the ONT. Then I try to login into the system with the details from user manual that I found from the actual box. Root for username and admin for password.

Then I google again how to setup with this ONT. I followed their step and they have add/remove button at WAN page. But I couldn't see a single button at there. So I google again and found that some of them say might have superadmin account for the full access. I wondering is it possible to do it myself? If want to wait for the TIME technical it will take time and I might need to wait 1 more week. I have freelance to do and it is SUPER SAD without internet at home!

Hi Bro @andersonkoh , Did you get the reading from the incoming fiber connector, it doesn't seems to be within normal range.
Is your LOS indicator still blinking in red?

The quick way to solve this temporary is by having an airgap to introduce some loss

Strong signal is good but also the modem need to support it.
