Got anything to suggest that doesn't have a subwoofer? I don't really need crazy bass so just a pair of decent speakers also OK. Those soundbar also can. I've been looking at some Dell soundbar. Any experience with that?
Soundbar will always be an overoverprice unit with tonnes of so-called innovative feature. People get them for their looks, not sonic quality.

Guys I'm wondering since the bookshelf speakers suggested by u guys only have 2 speakers and no external bass, meanings this speakers bass is weak? I'm so bad at these.
Now I'm looking at Edifier R1280T since the price is RM258 which is still in my budget.
For budget quality setup, once you turn to bookshelf speaker, you'll never go back.
On a serious note, there's a reason why logitech pinned
as mockery meme post on r/budgetaudiophilehttps://www.reddit.com/r/BudgetAudiophile/c..._full_logitech/
It's either fake tweeter, non-existent vent, decoy membrane. Logitech Zseries included( lots of youtube video teardown)
Settle down for cheap <rm1k 5.1 system and you'd settledown for distorted sounds exp (and faked setup unit most likely) ur whole life. Cuz no one change their speaker set at this cost.
Settle down for quality speaker unit 1st (average natural
bass). There'd be remote need for extra subs at initial stage. Get quality tweeter (active sub setup) for the next year. Get hifi amp-DAC single unit another next year 😝
SMSL 36 for desktop or SMSL 50 (cheaper as 50$ last time!!) for home entertainment.
