Has anyone or you know any condo which is a residential under HDA but commercial title, successfully converted from commercial rate to resindential rate for the water utiltity from SYABAS? That means, rather than bulk meter, you have changed it to individual water meter and SYABAS charging you directly based on residential rate (because you can prove to them you're staying there and no Airbnb).
