I need to setup a portable video recording solution for documenting lectures and power point video podcast. Audio, video and lighting will be crucial. The lectures will be 1 hour long.

Things I have:
Video
Logitech c615
Sony rx 100 mk iv. I think this one more likely since I don't need to connect it to a pc.

Audio,
Planning to get an external mic and mount it to my Samsung note 3 phone. I no longer use this phone so I thought this would be useful use for it.

I have no idea about lighting, tripod and the bracket. I think there is a bracket that can hold like multiple or maybe all the items. Any suggestions on the other items? Need to bring it to lecture halls which will be dim at the front for projector and then planning to stitch the video to the power point presentation.
