my budget is rm300, so what kind of headphone and sound card that can pair together to creat 'wonderful sound'..

thanks jayxunned for the advice, actualy i love hearing music while doing my work and spend lots of time with it, i consider to buy a headphone instead of earphone coz i use it with my pc.. so easier to move around..
before this i use philip shp 2700 headphone pair with audigy value, but now.. since i have a litle budget.. so consider to upgrade to better sound quality..
