guys..im searching for a good earphone for my mp3 and headphone for my PC (gaming, movies etc etc)

okay, lets start with earphone first smile.gif

-------------------------------------------

for earphone, my budget is limited until RM100, sorry cannot exceed more.
will pair it with my Sony Bean and fully-utilizing its Megabass feature, as my previous stock earphone was quite bad in bass performing, and too much "hiss" sound..
so i would like to find a portable earphone/headphone that provide a high bass but balanced with the treble.
i browsed this thread from the first page, and done some searching at Trade Zone too, and finally im interested with these models;

Koss KSC-75
Koss Spark Plug

so hows the models mentioned above? which one should i go to? or any other better model within the same price range?
to be honest, i would like to get the Mylar but my budget is strictly limited, so i dun think i will grab it for now sad.gif

-------------------------------------------

okay, now lets go for headphone.

since i provided RM100 for my new incoming earphone, and another high budget for good souncard, i dun think i can spend more on headphone.. sad.gif
so decided to put the maximum RM150 budget for it..
the purposes are for enjoying my gaming (mostly FPS), action/war movies (LOTR, Saving Private Ryan, Terminator) and listening rock, metal, trance/techno and pop MP3s.

i noticed that this thread got so many good reviews for philips headphone, so any recommendation? smile.gif

thanks and hope to get a good feedback and answers smile.gif

after a long consideration, im thinking of NOT going for IEM since i cannot using it during a fasting month (bulan puasa) sweat.gif
so i might taking a cheap yet powerful earphone instead..
anyway thanks yuheng for the offer but im sorry for cannot take the offer because of the reason stated above sad.gif

so any other recommendation besides IEM? smile.gif
thanks again smile.gif

I dont understand what bulan puasa has a relation with IEM?
*
when fasting, anything that can be inserted into our body holes (like mouth, nose, ear etc etc) need to be avoided during the fasting progress (sorry i dunno how to describe it) as it would make our fasting 'invalid' (or in malay we called 'batal puasa' or 'tak sah')

or perhaps i might be wrong with the IEM's definition, because what did i mention above is actually in ear earphone, means that the earphone bud that can be inserted inside the ear's hole..

Yup IEM is in ear earphone, you are right smile.gif and i learn something new as well  notworthy.gif
*
well actually i can just get the IEM and use it, but it will be a waste during fasting month since im not gonna use it (except after 'berbuka')
so thats why i think its better if a get a non-IEM earphone instead..

so again, any recommendation? budget is RM100..prefer non-IEM smile.gif

if u want non-iem for under 100 then i guess the best bet would be the KSC75 man.

since philips SHP2700 is being recommended a lot
i wanna ask more about its comfortability issue, is it comfortable to wear for let say 2-3 hours?without feeling heavy on the head?or not feeling hot around the ears?
bcoz i dun want to suffer again like wat i am feeling with now my current headphone (sonicgear hs800). huhuu so regret
*
FYI, i used to wearing it from 8pm straight until 12-1am, and i find it very comfortable..well, of course i will take it off when i need to pee or dinner biggrin.gif
so the point it, u will definitely feel great and comfortable using it for a long time smile.gif
