QUOTE(ZombieSeafood @ Aug 14 2008, 02:10 AM) the best place to get it would be during PC fair, which goes for around RM59 if im not mistaken. Elsewhere, you can try check out Sri computers in Lowyat plaza. Saw it retailing for Rm99 AFAIK. damn, that's almost double the price! i'd rather stick with stock earphone while waiting for the coming PC FAIR

QUOTE(signither @ Aug 15 2008, 11:25 AM) I'm currently pairing my Meizu M6 SL with my SHP2700 but because of the size of the headphone, I usually don't bring it around and just use the stock earphone when I'm on the go. So I'm thinking of buying a better earphone or headphone for portability and since my budget is tight, I only have my eyes on these two: Creative EP630 Koss KSC75 What say others? after reading about all the good comments about KSC75, i am considering about that too. but where to buy? all the sellers here abandoned the product edy? and i am no big fans of 2nd hand item honestly i dun feel reli comfortable abt using in-ear earphone too due to hygienic issue QUOTE(J-Slade @ Aug 15 2008, 11:34 AM) Dude, there isn't any difference between the OEM EP630 and retail. The only difference is the packaging. Hey even the OEM one comes with the bag. I'm using the OEM one from Neologian... its really a good value for money earphone. Good enough bass i know everyone said that, but i know one or two forummers who purchased the OEM EP630 and got disappointed with the sound quality, maybe they are just too picky. i will hunt for KSC75 first, then maybe get myself an OEM EP630 as secondary earphone. thanks

QUOTE(-vip3rleon9- @ Aug 24 2008, 01:18 PM) Hey guys, I need some help here. Hope you guys can assist me. I have an Altec Lansing 251 5.1 system (yes, yes I know it sarks ) and recently, the center speaker isn't giving out any sound (well, it does, VERY the EXTREMELY softly) and the other 4 speakers recently(yesterday ) started showing signs of cracking. My questions are as follows: 1. Is it possible to replace/repair the center speaker alone? Bought them in '05 so I don't think it's under warranty anymore. 2. Would it be worth it to get the system repaired(if it can even be done ) or just to get a new system? All replies are appreciated. Thanks. erm, don't you think u are asking in the wrong thread?

QUOTE(-vip3rleon9- @ Aug 24 2008, 06:07 PM) Oh. My bad. Was blur as ever when I posted. Meant to post it in the "Recommend 2.1/5.1 speakers". But is that even in the right place? I do not want to post in HW since I know what most people would say. "buy new speakers laaaaa.." u can open a new thread here urself somehow i have a feeling that the pinned threads are not that frequently read

QUOTE(jiaxun @ Oct 12 2008, 02:43 PM) Haha, I knew this question is going to pop up some time. But yeah, still there are peoples who think that the price is worth the earphone. So, are you in for this? judging from the replies here, seems like the earphones still worth the price. so i am still in for this (and pray that i would not regret my purchase)

QUOTE(jolipoli81 @ Oct 19 2008, 01:30 AM) sorry for the late reply, takes me times to google what does IEM stands for and yaeh, my friend doesnt like IEM the KOSS looks great, but is it portable? i did saw sony selling these kind of earphones that the wires can be easily kept, as in twist it in the earphone classic, i'll try look for it in shops tomorrow, thanks more suggestions please, and can somebody tell me why is it these days earphones are IEM? i heard there's a lot of disadvantages about it like air cant flow into ears, cant hear sounds around you in case of an emergency and stuffs don't know portable or not, haven't get my item from the bulk order, maybe in 2 weeks time, in the mean time u can ask in KOSS KSC-75 Fans Thread in this section. for IEM, the disadvantages are the advantages, better noise isolation, thus u do not need to increase the volume which may damage your ear, and also better sound quality. but i do not like it either, not hygienic

KOSS KSC-75 is quite hard to find, the only person doing the bulk here is jiaxun, and he has closed the thread until Bulk 7 is complete, which could be in 2 weeks time. but if u managed to find it in retail shops, do let all of us here know
