Okay. I'm not entirely an audiophile, just someone that really really likes music (Not songs, Music.) Mostly listens to electronic music. I need some advice. I have a budget of RM200 each for both earphones (In-ear/Normal) and Headphones. I don't give a crap about the medium-low spectrum for sound (Where most voices lay), however I noticed sony earphones have a tendency to drown out the mid-high spectrum (Mostly Piano sounds). I do like a good solid bass and treble though. But I digress.
What I need now are earphones that sounds great with electonic/instrumental/game/rock music, and (Small ones if possible) headphones that does the same in the RM200 price range. It'll be great as long as they sound good with J-tekk music. XD

Eh, what the... XD. Too many brand names too fast too new to me. Whut sennheiser, whut akg, whut grado, whut crossroads. So confusing, sorry for the mistake. I think grado's brand stuck to me head cause I saw that 5000 bucks headphones. XD
So far the recommendations given to me is Crossroads Mylarone XBi/X3i for in-ears... Stuff I've read from review sites are the PortaPro Koss and that Sennheiser PX-100. Which seems to really take alot of attention.
Does the PortaPro's lifetime warranty thing apply in Malaysia?

Yea, I need to try and get Yuheng to let me try the Mylars out, they look simplistic in design but RM200 earphones must carry their weight somewhere. XD
Too bad I rarely head to Subang. @_@

I kind of reeled over when Walabies told me. "We've stacked some lower budget IEMs recently"
RM 300 is "Lower budget". O.o" Gawd I must be poor. XD
Anyways, for the headphones I've already decided, it'll be a pair of Grado SR-60. Tested it at Music by Design, Loved its feel.
As for the IEMs, I've still yet to audition the Mylars. Lemme find some time to go down to sunway to ask yuheng for them. >_>"

If you don't mind the size... cash out another RM100 for the SR-60s. Damn. When I auditioned those I thought I died and went to heaven.

I'm wondering... Can someone point me to a direction in KL for auditioning Mylars, Sennheiser PX-100, Koss PP or Alessandro MS-1?
