QUOTE(tjwong @ Jun 12 2007, 10:09 PM) herm... i believe pc fair is too noise for it. Noisy places are where canal phones such as the Aurvana should excel at actuallybut, i think ipod earphone is only soso, and i strongly believe aurvana or ep630 is far better than ipod earphone. QUOTE(2pac @ Jun 13 2007, 03:25 AM) hey guyz i need a recommendations from u guyz about the headphone dat i wanna buy.. QUOTE(Rithrade @ Jun 13 2007, 10:44 AM) I'll be the first to admit that Aurvana is expensive, but I've moved from many brands over the years, this is quite good, and I'm a sucker for things extremely light, black and low profile, which is exactly Aurvana. You might argue that Shure E2c is the best, and I agree. But who wanna spend RM2k on headphones? I cant imagine anyone claiming the E2c to be the best And the E2c is priced around RM300++, nowhere near RM2k if that's what you're trying to imply there But yeah I'm guessing the Aurvana isn't too bad, no way is it possible that stock iPod buds are better... |

QUOTE(2pac @ Jun 13 2007, 02:03 PM) da headset cost how much? PX100 is a little below RM200, somewhere around RM180 i thinkAdded on June 13, 2007, 2:06 pm mylar?local brand ah?wat type of mylar dat suitable wif my requirement? But it's portable, not full sized headphones so you might want something else I suggested that cause you seem to think Sennheiser is the best |

A few brands of mp3 players that you might be able to get cheaper over there are iRiver and iAudio
Think there's a few others, can't remember the names |

QUOTE(TeOtq @ Jun 21 2007, 05:44 AM) wanna ask about combo of amp.from my previous experience, the ksc 75 with ldm+ really really rock my ear,a nice combo. The LD is not bright at all man So i want ask about tube amp like LD2+ n LD3,wat brand or type of headphone are good combo with them? From my experience, Phillips hp 1k n 890 sound not so WOW when pair with tube amp. Senheisser are more to dark side right?and tube amp are more to bright side,so combo should be bright with bright or bright with dark to balance? My budget under rm600/700 I'm guessing something bright like a Grado will pair well with tubes (just a guess) |

QUOTE(Xonius @ Oct 12 2007, 09:33 AM) hi guys, i'm looking for a headphone that can blow away my current HP895 (its giving me the crackling sound from the right can, i dont know what caused this, anyone has any idea?), so guys give me some recommendation, i'm not much of an audiophile but i really do like to listen to trance/jpop. HD580 gogo !! my budget is RM700 or less for a good headphone (OMFG 1st time spending so much on audio stuff), and tell me if an amp is required. I'm looking for my 1st high end headphone. thanks.
