can someone recommend me a headphone that i can use to connect to my guitar amp?

i think it needs a special type of headphone since i tried using my shp805 and it sounded very ugly

beyerdynamic is waaaaaaaayyy more than RM200 man.

ive listened and liked the Philips SHP2700 for metal. cheap...but good enough. and comfortable for long listening hours. below 200 for headphones kinda tough. the philips would most likely be ur best bet. i suggest going for the Grado SR60 for an additional RM60 from some shop in ampang...(forgot where..mebbe centre point).

how to determine the strengthness of the bass of the earphone? (err.. it is correct? hehe..)
what is impendance, and response (in kHz ...) ?

need sum recommendation on earphones for ipod..
budget below 100 if possible..
need sum price = quality earphones since i feel the earphone that comes wit ipod in the box is not so good..

strength of bass defers from one person to the next...so its something u have to hear for urself...

but in terms of specs, i usually look at the frequency response and see how low it can go.

creative EP630 - RM59
razer pro tones m100 - RM99
jvc marshmallows (on sale in the garage sales section) - RM45

but i would highly recommend the crossroads mylar series from yuheng @ RM175 if u can spare the extra cash.

Can anyone give me a recommendation for an earcanal or iem somewhere around RM400. The model i am currently interested in is V-Moda Vibe & no CX300 pls. ER 6i is also in my consideration list but pls tell me where to get ur recommendations in kl or penang, i dun like to order.

dont go senn cx300, i can proudly say my mylar might fight it...even RM165+ can fight with it..

walabies is selling altec lansing IM716, this is the last few unit in malaysia, lowyat do sell that, but we offer special mod, to make it sound equal or better than er4p by removing remote controler and adding resistor:D

it should be last 3 unit...prices RM380 w/o mod...pls pm me or walabies if interested

Brand is altec lansing, using etymotic research technology.
CX300 is just good for it's bass, if you are looking for a more balanced sound, IM716 is the one.

Why not... IM716 >>>>>> CX300. In fact, lots of IEM is better than CX300.
IM716 is obselate, so grab fast.
