QUOTE(Soulsareworthless @ Oct 7 2007, 02:05 PM) Let's say quality isn't my primary goal? I know if I ask whether I should buy bluetooth earphones or a pair of Mylars, I can judge the response I will receive. The Nokia BH-903 is over 200 Euros. I know a bluetooth thingy can swap the earphone one, I-tech clip whatever bla bla thing. You can try that and pair with normal earphone, maybe the out come would be better than the other stocks'.

i think he is trying to say that, at the end of the bluetooth device, there is a 3.2mm hole which allow the user to swap it with other earphone.

Its something like this You're allow to take off the stock earphone, and swap with your own earphone. I guess that's the only way to get better quality bluetooth earphone.

So does this mean bluetooth earphones suck because the earphones suck and not because of the wireless feature?

Cannot say like that also la. Just said, without cable, the sound won't sound as good as the cabled one. So the only way is, to get another better earphone so that it won't sound too s*ck. Just my 2cent.

But the bulk sale, i've checked it, and it's OEM, not the original Creative product. Not sure whether it'll produce the same performance. Ill keep an eye on the coming PC Fair then. Thx bro Vizz Any other suggestions ?

the marshmallows were once the flavour of the month by the forumers over on head-fi and are still quite popular there.
never heard or seen or touched it myself though. but judging from what ive read over on headfi id say give it a try.

hi guys, i'm looking for a headphone that can blow away my current HP895 (its giving me the crackling sound from the right can, i dont know what caused this, anyone has any idea?), so guys give me some recommendation, i'm not much of an audiophile but i really do like to listen to trance/jpop. my budget is RM700 or less for a good headphone (OMFG 1st time spending so much on audio stuff), and tell me if an amp is required. I'm looking for my 1st high end headphone. thanks.

*warning! my personal opinion only!* a Senn for trance/Jpop? oh god no! they slow everything down. plus the laid back signature will prolly take the energy out of fast paced music like trance. plus its likely the Senn will need an amp to properly shine. my recommendation would be the Audio Technica A900. no amp required. good for gaming too!

my 580 + Move is great for trance/jpop haha. Madman's Beyer 990 is even better for trance with the Move lol. but Madman's recommendation of the A900 is great for one who doesn't wanna get involve with an amp But I bet, with an amp, the AT will sound much better

actually from what ive read over at head-fi. adding an amp to the A900 gives it little or no benefit. guess that goes to show how efficient those cans are.
but the blue-tak mod on the A900 supposedly helps improve the A900 by quite a margin. especially in the bass department.

Can please recommend one, value for money and my budget under RM400. The cancel off the 'noise'. Noise it the word to describe irritating sound, like car horns, shouts, siren etc. Basically it let's you have a easier way to access the details of the song. Again, recommend the IM716.
