crossroad is basically an online brand, which do not advertise, so it remain in cheap prices but good sounds

it is sold on US but no london i think, if u are there, try to get some UE superfi 3

is beyer dynamic DT231 suit u ?
good sound with reasonable comfortness

Added on April 28, 2008, 3:16 pmaudio technica M30 is an monitoring headphone, which give the signature of balanced sound, DT231 is more towards audiophiles headphone, both giving reasonable good sound with the prices u spend, try to search on more review, it actually depend on what u wan, a balanced sound headphone, or a aggresive funs headphone

Added on April 29, 2008, 3:43 pmalrite, as for sony, it is considered as multimedia phone, which means that it focus more towards bass as for movie,gaming,music purpose, it will oni sound beside ur ears with no soundstage and minor separation on instrument crossroad was considered as entry level audiophiles base IEM, it give separation, positioning, soundstages, and more controlled bass, which compare on the performance, it will defnitely better as for music purpose, crossroad is well selling at head-fi(main US), spore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia. but mainly online as it direct target to audiophiles but not any ahkau ahmau in shopping complex

there is no best headphone and so, it greatly depend how u love the sound.
can try on shure scl2 from walabies. it is ard ur budget, with name "shure" make ur looks great

ms2 is definitely more fun than rs2. u can get to know more on head-fi

if u wan to use it with psp alone.
u can skip the sennheiser and audio technica as they need the amp to push for the level of headphone that fallen in ur budget ranges.

if u wan. can try on ms2i.it sound nice when direct to psp(unamp). i m sure the sound is much better than bose QC3. u can c that bose is not popular here or either in head-fi(the largest headphone forum in the world). as it is pretty on overprices with compare to other audiophiles brand

u should get audio technica ES5, i think it is the best among ur choices of headphone

x3 no longer on production, it is the previous model of x3i

UE superfi3.
it will be a great update from ksc75

u can get a triple fi 10 or UM1
this two are superb either in review and quality

Added on May 29, 2008, 12:53 ampersonally i think u shall actually upgrade ur sources. it will give u better improvement, as sources is pertty important. d2 is a great DAC, and so far from impression, the DAC part is better than Monica, which is quite suprised me, and claimed it is hell d@mn good, sources make alot of chances. with d2, u get an amp function as well, which indeed needed from pcwork's ksc75

u can get IEM now, but end up,u will still have to find back some good sources to drive ur upcoming good headphone/IEM, don't you? must well get the sources and upgrade for headphone when u know what u wan

yes, sources is anything which give u sound. DAP, laptop or CDP

razer m100 have poor quality on music, it is designed for gaming, which emphasis overwhelming bass.
as for ksc75, it have very solid bass. and giving with a clear transparency. but the week part is vocal. which have quite dry vocal
for x3i ,it is more balanced, bass wise it lose to ksc75 but it have more clarity sound

so it greatly depend u wan bass. or clarity.

but pls bear in mind. x3i having a very good bass impact as well. just to be more balances and not that EQ. u can test both at my places

yes, u can have good headphone for RM185, DT231 beyer dynamic
that is the best headphone for entry level. u can search for the review, and it serve people well. it have a very good sounding. and if u r interested, u could test it at my places
