The market is soft. No doubt. But try go bangsar n ask owner to sell u at discounted price for those gems. We shall see who is flying kite(s).
Btw mdm icy advised siudai to stay out 9f dpc. B4 siudai decides on athg let's look at the auction in dpc for the past 13.5yrs since 1st vp. Paiseh I dun hav the details but hope mdm icy can spoon feed siudai on tis. The rest I shall share 1 by 1 later. π |
