If they plan well a 6 station routing from Kwasa Sentral (MRT) to Stadium Shah Alam (LRT) building a lighter MONORAIL SYSTEM could do the trick running through Kwasa Land, Subang Bestari, Elmina, Tmn Puncak perdana/Cahaya SPK , Bukit Jelutong and finally Stadium Shah Alam.  Large population within 3 to 5 km of each station.

Doesnt have to be expensive and the construction can be completed in 36 months maybe.  2024/5 is abt 6 yrs from now, am sure PH govt could do something to make this happen.

Haiz, pity to all owners and investors in EG including myself, now everyone will think that EG is not worth to invest anymore. I'm not a drinker and I'm ok without the alcoholic drinks, but the statement by that yb really will shoo away alot of investors in this area some more the land is under leasehold. If EG and JG not rectify the issue as soon as possible, I'm afraid the future development in EG will not attract investors anymore. And Non Muslim potential prospects will really think twice before they want to invest or stay in EG or PA. I believe Malay investors will concern this issue also due to marketability of property in the area after the statement by that yb. Hope EG and JG can settle the issue immediately and close the case as soon as possible.
