from the progress it feels so as well... during night the hospital site of very bright full with lights on... seems like keep on working even during night time....

noticed there is one new phase call Regent Garden open for sale at EG, looks like new garden with smaller in size compared to Avenham Unit, 24' x 55'... where is this new Taman located?

Regent Garden is located next to the new SRJKC in eg, which is at behind plot of land which there is a future roundabout to be connected to Saujana Utama, if Im not wrong.

Went to the sales gallery yesterday. Seems the developer trying to clear some units but I think it's pretty high price at Rm720k for avenham type C after discount. I read that some owners bought at RM600 to 650k. Wonder if anyone wants to let go units facing south type B or C avenham. Also considering end lots if reasonable. Pls pm me. Thanks

BTW, I hope that the traffic and flooding issues mentioned here would be better before VP

Cannot be a factory so close to resi taman. The rubber smell will kill yr breakfast lunch n dinner.

yea... although its looks damn huge... but unlikely to be manufacturing facility.... beside them is the laman haris compensation units already... kesian those who stay there if its a manufacturing facility....

Yup, did ask abt regent Gardens but the SA mentioned that will be launched after Raya, closer to July and after HOC. All I was told was that its like 30x55 and around rm650k above with max 6 to 7% rebate. Unlike 10% with free Mot.
🙄 But still thinking as subsale Elmina Valley 2 and 3 around the 700k range, freehold, closer to subang and DASH.

Norton Gardens 32x65 garden homes also to be launched soon. Show house is ready but not opened yet.

Yes am interested if the price is right. Can you PM me your best price. Type D Avenham from the developer after discount is 690k plus a little, free Mot, legal fee and stamping. Are you looking to let go ard 650k?

It's cheaper coz they said type C is similar to type B but has a double volume ceiling for the extended dining area.
That's why I feel a bit waste to pay 30k more just for a small effect and additional windows. Furthermore curtain will cost a bomb.

They have type A, D and C customers processing loan and some might cancel. SPA price would be rm771k less 10%.

based on my understanding with EcoWorld projects, their priced Type A <= Type B <= Type C <= Type D and etc...
